Title (optional): Know someone who should be in the next class of Democratic leaders?
WAIDF is now accepting applications for its 2026 fellowship program. WAIDF is a six-month leadership development experience for emerging progressive leaders ready to make an impact.
The program has helped launch and advance the careers of hundreds of Washington Democrats from local organizers and policy advocates to elected officials and campaign leaders. The program is ideal for people early in their careers or those looking to take their first step into public service, campaigns, or advocacy.
