Hello! Community to Community Development is hosting two learning sessions about the charter amendments that are going to be on the ballot in November. The first is this Saturday at the Ferndale Library from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm. More information and RSVP here:

The second will be on October 26th at the Bellingham Public Library from 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm. More information and RSVP here:
