Indivisible Bellingham I-5 Banner Drop
- When
- Monday, September 1, 2025
1pm – 4pm (Los Angeles time)
The call to action: Groups all along the Interstate 5 corridor from Canada to Mexico are planning to stand on overpasses to voice their opposition to the policies of the autocratic wannabees of our current administration.
The plan: In Whatcom County we have the banners. We have the flags. We have a great location on Alabama Street. All we need is YOU.
What to know: It takes about 6-8 people to hold up the banners and flags.
It’s healthier if people are not out for more than an hour. It’s better when people DO NOT hold up signs, as drivers can’t see them and they are a distraction.
What to do: Sign up for a time and SHOW UP about 10-15 minutes before your shift. Dress for the weather and bring water.
Sign up HERE. Just type in your name, email, phone number.
